Always nice and kind staff working there

The inconvenient hours are hard to complain about, and are posted so I won't talk about that. When the "customer service" representative is present though, and simply asked to make an exception during her hour long lunch break (that coincides with almost every other mon-fri occupation's lunch break) for a unique situation while she's actually present in the building and waiting for her lunch to heat up, and then proceeds to be unbelievably rude and condescending the entire time she's "helping" me, something needs to be said. Totally unacceptable treatment of someone who pays for a PO box at this location and simply was looking for a favor due to the hard-to-accomodate hours this place has for any normal working person. Extremely unimpressed.
