the lady was extremely lazy to greet the customer. Instead of saying hello; she turned around when she saw me. With unwelcome face she answered me that we have post boxes available but we don’t have any keys..what a customer service!!

Always great service! They know me well because I'm loyal and they even rememeber my shipping preferences. Always helpful!

Never change hours online, only have a sign on the door. Waste of time

Good staff, but mostly one person dealing with a Q of commuters. Found everyone happy and satisfied - thas why gave 5 star. Never had any issue
