Lived in the building for years.. loved the place. Neighbours were great. Quiet and very well kept.
Near constant construction and paper-thin walls. I share a bedroom wall with my neighbour's kitchen. He cooks at 11 pm and later on weekdays. It wakes me up almost every night and I am a professional who works in the early morning.
People are enticed by the free home services for a year but the building is cheaply constructed and there is another building going up at the front which will result in more construction noise.
The elevator has broken down, I believe, three or four times and we have had five power outages unrelated to weather.
Positives
The building is new and there are several appliances included in the building including a full washer and dryer. They come with a lot of storage and modern appearance.

Update - Two new apartment complexes are going up on the east side of the building.
