Monica is the most awesome person . Have been dealing with her since 2002. She knows her stuff . She got me to Thailand with the best price possible. P.S. and yes ... the staff there are great also.

Booked a trip to New Orleans, trip originated in Halifax, then would go to Toronto, New York and then New Orleans. I live in BC. As a result of poor weather and delayed flights I was unable to get to Halifax in time to get on the flight. However i would make it to Toronto in time for that flight. So I asked the agent to cancel the first leg of the trip. She assured me she would organize it. However when I arrived in Toromto, she o formed me all my flights (including return flights) had been canceled and that she hoped my travel Insurance would reimburse me. She told me I would have to go online and rebook all flights.
