We booked our dream vacation, a trip to the Galapagos, with Fay at Expedia Cruises, in Abbotsford. As someone who had experienced the Galapagos herself, she guided us through the various cruise line options and which itinerary would best suit our interests. She always found time to answer our numerous questions and was able to adjust our date to take advantage of a sale, which saved us a considerable amount of money.

From finding the best deal on cruise, flights and shore excursions she kept us up to date and well informed the whole time. She even went the extra mile as to call us when better upgrades were available or more bonuses were offered. WARNING! The only 2 things the owner "Fay" wants from you is your credit card information and to know how much cash you can pay with. After that you will receive zero customer service. We recently organized a wedding, travel, and lodging through this agency for 36 family and friends that totalled close to $100,000. We delt with nothing but incompetent employes, errors on a regular bases, and phone calls and emails that would go unanswered. I hope this helps someone else not have the same experience and terrible service we received. Do not use Expedia Cruise Ship Centers, Mccallum Rd Abbotsford.

We had been using one travel agent at this location and did not realize she had moved onto another agency. We are now stuck with someone that is incompetent to even make a monthly payment as requested. If you are booking through here, please make sure that you keep on top of them for items needed. This has happened more than once to us in paying for our upcoming trip that must have a Paid in Full date done to it.
