I was scheduled to attend a workshop in a remote area of Costa Rica and needed a travel agency that could handle all the details including selecting the most convenient flight, transportation to and from the resort, possible car rental and offers to any local events and/or places to see. All I needed to do was give the date and location of the workshop and absolutely everything was taken care of :)) Thank you so much for making this a great travel experience!!

Thought I would give them a try for European cruise I was planning, so I sent my husband in to talk to them. He waited for 15 minutes with the 2 people in the office not even acknowledging he was there. I expected so much more.

Best travel agency in town! Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Our entire family uses Hagen's Travel Abbotsford even though most of us live 45+ minutes away. They are very knowledgeable and can recommend fun activities and excursions to take during your trip... Something you don't get when you book online :)
