Attractive Distraction Framing & Gallery

Very happy with the framing of an old car spec sheet; It looks great. Great selection of frames, nice shop, quick turnaround. It was an added bonus that Joe is also an auto enthusiast. I will return for any future framing needs.

On Monday, March 4th,2019 approx. 1:30 p.m. we arrived at this place of business with a very large painting we wanted to have framed. As we got out of our car we saw the sign in the window that read CLOSED. The business hours were clearly posted on the internet and on the front door Monday - Friday 10-5p.m. At that same time, a gentleman came out the side door and we asked him if the store was closed all day and he replied yes she is gone for the day. Needless to say, we were not impressed. We looked for a note or something like be back at ? time or a contact number or something but nothing. We left disappointed and did not want to take a chance coming by the next time to find the same situation. We drove to downtown Langley and found a framing business that was open as advertised and got excellent customer service. You just lost a sale of $300+. If there were a note explaining when they would re-open we would have gladly returned. Or perhaps update your business hours accordingly.
