We had recently moved to the area and were looking for new furniture for our new home and wanted to support local. We came across this cute little furniture shop and so happy we found them. The owner was so fantastic from day 1. She took the time to educate us about the products she carried and answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! We also found out the Stylus brand she carried was also a local company with made to order, high quality furniture. We got to pick out the style we liked and chose our fabric. She kept us in the loop the whole time while we waited for everything to arrive. Today we received our furniture and we are in love with everything we ordered!!! The pieces are even better than we imagined! We’re so happy with everything!!! The whole experience was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back and recommend this shop to everyone!!!! Thank you again!!!!

This is an amazing furniture store. The owner is very knowledgeable and works with you to find the right furniture to meet your needs. We ended up buying furniture that was made locally in Burnaby. She helped us pick the right fabrics and style of sofa and chairs. The customer service is amazing!! I definitely recommend this store if you are looking to buy some new furniture.

Absolutely love this store :) We ordered a sectional through them and the owner was incredibly helpful and answered our millions of questions. Can't wait to get our new couch! I'll be back again for more items, all the decor pieces and furniture sets are just beautiful. Something for everyone and great prices to boot!

This is not a review for the actual furniture they sell, which is made by someone else and is lovely. This store was a nightmare to deal with. They sold us dining chairs, telling us they would take 6-8 weeks to make. At the end of the 8 weeks I called to ask where the chairs were, and was told they would be there the next week. A little bit late, no issue. At the end of the 10th week I called again. The woman there seemed really confused and asked to call me back. Somehow the manufacturer had lost our order or they had never sent it. I figured we'd waited too long to give up, and eventually got our chairs 15 weeks after we ordered them! Not once did anyone phone us to update us on our order. When I picked them up I complained about the long wait and how no one called us and the woman there was barely apologetic and just said it had never happened before. I was going to order a sofa and media unit through them as well but certainly won't be now.
