A home-based business serving clients by appointment only and being in a private residence that isn't located in a fire hall, as the map category pin would indicate. With no business sign, the training is mostly likely theory because the tactical training would be elsewhere. This neighbourhood has no mountains, no helipad and if there was, the neighbours might complain. A call to the city today revealed, White Rock does not give business licenses to any home based business but some businesses are ok, before the new bylaws.
