He show up, he has a vast network of qualified subcontractors and his pricing is extremely fair. He keeps in touch as the project progresses and monitors the work of his subs. I am very pleased with the recent Kitchen Renovation completed by MC Painting & Renovation. I was apprehensive about finding a contractor who would deliver quality results, on time and within budget.  MC Painting & Renovation met all the criteria and more… exceptional management & communication, quality workmanship & material and punctual workers contributed to the successful completion of this project. There were some minor issues that arose after the kitchen was complete, but they were dealt with in a prompt & professional manner. Doug has an excellent eye for colour & design.  I was surprised that I selected kitchen floor tile, wall tile & counter tops in a couple of hours (with Doug’s assistance).  I expected it would take more samples & shopping trips before making a decision.  I then worried whether I had made the right choices until it all came together.  Doug suggested to tile the wall around the window to the ceiling, which I agreed to, and to also tile inside the window return, but I somehow pictured a shower stall insert for soap/shampoo and was unsure how that would look in a kitchen. In the end I went with Doug’s recommendation & he was right… It looks great! I am very happy with the renovation & would not hesitate to hire MC Painting & Renovation again.

Doug and his team did a great job. On time and budget with great attention to all the little details that are overlooked by many. Very happy and plan to have them undertake further renovations.
