Legacies has been instrumental in fixing my back and neck aches! Ryan Abreu has been providing me massage therapy for over two years and he is the most experienced and knowledgeable massage therapist I have been to. I have recommended him to my friends and family who have also seem amazing results. As a university student, I am always experiencing sciatica and tension headaches from sitting in my chair and studying all day. Ryan knows exactly how treat my symptoms, and is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced while doing so. I look forward to my next appointment and would recommend Legacies to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy clinic

Our favourite Ryan Abreu always do great job. He is really Great with techniques and knowledgeable about his profession. I recommend him to so many friends and families, everyone happy with results. Best things is about him, he does care about your whole body and particularly tense muscles which needs more attention. I did tried other therapist but not worked for me. I really wants to thanks him:)

I’m a local music teacher and I see Ryan for massage to keep my arms, shoulders and neck healthy. He’s a great massage therapist and we always have good conversations as well. I always look forward to sessions with him. The front desk is always on top of things and very positive and friendly. This location has a good community feeling to it. Dr Kaur was so professional and on time during my visit. She took the time to really listen to what I needed help with. I felt safe going to see her and really felt taken care of. She has a way with looking at the big picture and helping you heal. I felt really taken care of and looked after. I highly recommend her. The front desk staff were helpful as well.

I have been seeing Ryan Abreu for a while now and am always happy with his work. Always professional and is looking out for what is best. On a side note he's a big basketball fan like me so I actually look forward to my appointments talking sports Keep it up Ryan!
