Canada Post

This location was slow pre-pandemic. Now it serves far too large a population / too much demand. Some of the staff are helpful, some are awesome, some barely try and don't seem to really care. Always lined up, often outside, but the time you'll wait depends heavily on how much help each customer before you requires. No fast drop, everyone waits in line. Please everyone do your mailing list online and lighten the load on the staff

This location has the most impatient clients I’ve ever seen!! The abuse the poor staff have to take. My gosh, they are working so hard during these difficult times. A little kindness towards your fellow humans, people!!!

One star is too much to ask about this place. The women at canada post desk need a special customer service training. She is always working by herself, work is so freaking slow. Always have a huge line up to the door and no flexibility at all. Most of Canada posts let me drop "ready to go packags" for small business to save time. I hear other people gets frustrated too. It's the worst.

So today my grand-mother and I went to this Canada Post to mail three packages to my cousins, and there was this lady there who was sweeping the floors. We were the only ones there, and we went to the front counter to wait for someone to serve us. That lady was listening to music and didn't notice us, and she looked about around 30. When she finally saw us and went to the counter, she told us that the addresses had to be on the box. So, I wrote the 'to' address on the top and the 'from' address on the bottom, just like she said. But after I wrote it, she kept on telling me that it was the wrong way around, so I switched it, and she kind of scolded us for it. I mean, we have a 60 year old grand-mother here! Respect your elders!

As a business sending prepaid boxes, we are forced to line up, sometimes for half an hour, because they are trying to help people look up addresses, etc...and of course 80% are amazon returns with wrong labels.......huge lineups..... all so I can drop off my pre-labelled, pre-paid packages and leave. A colossal waste of time for everybody. But not allowed to leave them ... my old post office, which they closed, allowed us to do that for years, with no problems, but not here...
