We are a Canadian company, that has contracted with Diversified Shipping for over 4 years for their "Pick and Pack" Fulfillment service. We have had excellent service with very reasonable rates. They are very flexible and were willing to accommodate our special shipping requests. We can phone them any time to make to make adjustment to any order. We feel that they are part of our family business. Diversified Shipping has not make any mistakes and our business has tripled since we stated with them. Initially, we were with a very large Fulfillment Center and it was a complete disaster because of all the mistakes they were making that was costing us customers! What was most frustrating is that their service people would not respond to our emergency phone calls until 3-4 days later and management didn't care about their serious mistakes. We had to pay a lot of money to get our inventory out of this very international, uncaring company and move it over to Diversified Shipping. Jim Hinds, the owner of Diversified Shipping, is always available to help us in any way. Even more important , Jim has experience in the importing/ exporting so has been able to help us in this area and arrange shipping to Canada etc. He also has staff that we hire to do assembly line work at a very reasonable price. Horrible. Stored chemical box which had HUGE red arrow and Exclaimer on it upside down and chemical leaked everywhere on first shipment. Gave him the benefit of doubt...big mistake. Refused to give invoices for the following many shipments, after asking repeatedly and then overbilled. Had to dispute charges which took 2 months to recoup. I was then told no invoices and cash payment only. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but this company. The owner is extremely unprofessional. I've used many of these type companies over the years and Jim really surprised me with how he runs his business: avoid this one. Diversified Shipping Services, Inc By far, it is the best company I have been using them for my cross-border transactions in the past 3 years! It provides the most competitive rates, and services are super! The staff and owner are extremely friendly! I highly-recommend this company to those are going to make purchases / transactions in the US. It is a 5-star company!

I have been using Diversified Shipping Services in Blaine, WA. since they opened their facility several years ago with great success for both my inbound and outbound shipments. Their staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When my inbound shipments arrive they always send me a notification with the carrier’s tracking number, the number of pieces and the weight. On my outbound shipments they always give me the carrier’s tracking number. If you are seeking a dependable warehouse facility in Blaine, WA. you owe it to yourself to make an appointment to meet with Jim Hinds, the owner, and see their operation for yourself.

There is great value in this service - open Saturdays really helps us out. The notification program works great so we know what packages are there to pick up. I recommend them - really friendly and helpful.
