I had my lovely bichon put down a year and a half ago. Dr. Hare and her staff were very sensitive and kind. I have a new pup and would not go anywhere else. The staff are welcoming and all the vets are amazing. Dr. Hare is top notch she even takes time to engage with the pup before doing any procedures. Clearly the animals are loved and cared about and in turn they love the office and all the people. I trust them completely.

Just had an emergency today so I called my vet and all they told me to do was go to emergency ! as they where to busy to save my dog life or just didn't care. Have been going here for 6 year as I thought of them as being really caring but turns out they aren't. This place is a joke I recommend anywhere else if you care about your pet.

Dr. Kennedy is the bestest Vet, in the world. She kind caring and empathetic. She truely loves each and every "child" that a pet owner brings in and treats them as well as her own. It still breaks her heart to have to euthanize any animal. She has been our vet for well over 25 years. And no matter how far we travel - live - in the lower mainland, we always make the trip to bring our pets to her. *She has even been known to make house calls - pre-covid19*
