Helpful staff. I had purchased 2 can openers, and when I got home, didn't have them. 3 weeks later I stop in to buy two more, and I ask the cashier just on the odd chance, if they had found them. Not even the same cashier. Oh yes, she said. We wondered whose those were. Gave me two more, and wished me a good afternoon. Awesome! Small town personal customer service, even tho she had never seen me before, and I was obviously not a local. Thank you!

I was in this store yesterday and they were not practicing ANY sanitization of the grocery baskets or the bulk bakery cupboards. I went there because I believed it to be safer than a Prince George grocery store! Now I find out today that McBride has covid cases! You should be ashamed and embarassed of your lack of proper sanitary procedures! I will never shop in that store again. Valemount grocery store has been practising proper procedures for a long time now!!!
