Amazing staff very helpful and could tell they cared about animals alot ❤

This place is a scam. They only concern about getting as much money from you as they can. I brought my dog there because he started developing calluses from laying on hard floors. Back then I didn't know what it was. The vet said " it could be anything". Calluses, fungus, anything. To start, she sold me a $50 fungus cream. If it doesn't help (which obviously will not) I will have to come back to run a $90 test (besides $70 I already paid for so called exam). But the best option to "know for sure" is to get a $600 biopsy 😲 Anyway, I got upset with such a waste and consulted in other places and with other dog owners. The Internet has lots of good recommendation on how to treat calluses, none of which was given to me from this clinic. Also, when I questioned the "recommendations", the receptionist gave me such an attitude, so that I would never ever be coming back. Waist of time and waist of money.

I can't say enough good things about the staff here. I adopted a rescue bunny in March and she needed a checkup. The staff matched me up with Dr. Quanstrom, who is super knowledgeable about bunnies and is just the nicest person. She's helped me tremendously and the staff here are super responsive when I've needed an appointment. Absolutely recommend them and definitely recommend any first time bunny owners to request Dr. Quanstrom!
