Terrible service today. Not only was I charged for my gas, I was charged for someone else's.
I am understanding that mistakes happen but I shouldn't have to argue to get my money back when I was over charged. Man just blamed it on customer before me, took no responsibility, no apology and said "oh well, come back when manager is here". He wouldn't take my number to give to the manager or give me a number to reach the manager. He was rude and dismissive. For an older gentleman, I would think he would know better. An apology goes a long way, after today's experience, not only will I never get gas here again, I also filed an investigation through my bank.
