Really nice people

Terrible customer service, they do not come prepared and go back and forth multiple times to get a simple job, according to them, done. Takes advantage of people when they have no other choice. To add to all this they also overcharged for the parts. PS- As I have researched more about this company I found that most of the 5 star reviews are from family, friends or employees.

The owner went out of his way to get someone out to our house after sending his guys home in bad weather. I'd give five stars if they'd been able to open the door without breaking the doorknob, but they were so helpful.
