I’m an out of town Landlord and my tenant called frantically that someone must have gotten a copy of his key because there was an attempted home invasion. I found this locksmith online and reached one of the owners, Guy. Guy took my information and arrived just when we asked. He was friendly, professional, and reassuring to my tenant and to me over the phone. He gave us options in addition to replacing the cylinders... my tenant and i decided on a comprehensive change, which included 3 + 1 additional locks at the apt. It’s an older house and Guy performed some clean carpentry to anchor each lock deep into the frame studs. My tenant was relieved and I was able to pay with my cc over the phone. It was an excellent value and Guy gave my tenant’s peace of mind which is priceless.
