Not accurate with their delivery date. They don’t inform you of delays you need to check every now about the status of your order. Need to train some of their staff, not professional and provide conflicting information

Failed to meet delivery date Didn’t provide update as I had to call and do a follow up Two StAff types one very professional respectful and See you as a human not only a $ value and another part that is careless unprofessional and interrupt your time by going after their proffered customers on the floor . One of their staff members is so annoying and is not willing to even provide a discount Not sure I will purchase again from this place

I bought furniture from several different places for my new apartment and had I known how great the service is at Mobilia is, I would have bought more of it from here. The items are reasonably priced for the high quality you are getting and the delivery is great, they unbox and unwrap everything for you and place it. If you don't like it, doesn't fit or any reason, they send the delivery team back to get it or smaller items you can bring back to the store, no problems no questions. It has been the easiest and stress free shopping experience for me. Can't say the same at all for other furniture stores I've bought things from. I will definitely go back here for other furniture in the future. Joseph is great, very accommodating.
