I used to be your client, although I live far, for every little thing came to you. Last month I brought my camera to clean! And even told you that I have a very important photo shoot. Anyway after five days you call me that it's ready. I came from far, picked it up, back home an checked, it wasn't even touched. I came back, and you were to close, so cleaned it in 10 minutes and I was wondering why you kept me waiting five days. Anyway my camera was and is still dirty and dusty! Honestly I am not able to come to you every day just for cleaning my camera! And I know I have to pay at least other fifty bucks somewhere else to clean it. But you should be more responsible! People rely on your knowledge and expertise! It's better not to disappoint them

Worst service I've ever had in my life. The woman serving us was so rude and clearly did not want to help. Not sure if it's because of my skin colour, but it definitely felt like it. Stay away from this place. Other camera stores have much better prices anyways.

Review edited. I made an order and did not ship for four weeks. I made an inquiry and received a prompt reply that there was a mistake made. They remediated the issue and the product was received in good order and in a timely manner. I'm glad to see that there is real effort being made for customer satisfaction.

Great prices on used cameras, it was these people that helped me get into photography for the first time. Of all the other things they offer, if you're in the market for a used camera (and I don't see why that's not a great idea in most cases), they have excellent options with more coming in pretty consistently. They're also very generous with their rating system for used products. When you call them, they get back to you. They have people who have a deep understanding of what's needed and are knowledgeable. I have absolutely no intention of going elsewhere for any cameras or accessories.
