First I would like say that the current information about the Laval Passport Office is obsolete, the truth is that this office close down two months ago due to the Covid-19, more over there is no forecast date for the reopening of the Laval Passport Office. Jean June/02/2020

got stopped at boarding the day before because passport was 3 months to expire. was going to 🇨🇭. Needed a new passport for a new flight same day (leaving at 8pm). Arrived at 7:45!am with ALL documents, pictures. The commissioner (security agent) is running a tight ship! very funny to witness. Opening was at 8:30. Was 5th in line, waited 5 mins before getting served. Met with ONE person who rook all info in 15 mins, and called the 3 guarantors within 10 mins after. Received the passport SAME day at 10AM. Cost for this urgent request was 110$ extra. Incredible service

Overcrouded! They have like 17 counters but they opened 5-6 at best. Try to find a better place! Any other Passport Canada Place I visited had free parking. Not this one. It looks like Passport Canada considers the citizens in this area second grade ones!

Waited about an hour on a Thursday morning, which is reasonable. The staff was efficient and friendly.

I am giving this place 5 stars! I had to go several time before my son's passport been approved. Long story short he's from USA but living here with me now, the dad living in usa is so difficult to deal with, so the passport process was hell. I wanna thank both ladies who helped me after I got my number.The wait was crazy long but the staff was nice. The only bad review would be for that blonde lady at the arrival desk, very rude.
