For starters the staff was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. The store however looked like it had been ransacked, let me explain... if you have just emerged from under the rock you have been living under for the past 9 months, we are currently in a global pandemic. Stores are lacking in many things due to global shortages. It is clearly visible in art stores and this art store as well as people try to find their Niche and open their creative side with all the spare time they have. The sales are minimal and if you do find something on sale it's probably sold out. Thank you to the staff keep up the good work.

Always a joy to go to. If you're an artist, the atmosphere you enter when you enter most Deserres is pleasant. It makes me feel like a child again. Also, the staff here is really helpful.

Cashier terribly rude. I went with my baby and son and they looked at us like our mission was to destroy their store. We followed all rules and my young son was even wearing a mask. I felt so unwelcome. Glad I had to return the items I bought since they didn't match the school supply list. Won't return. Ironically I used to work there. I provided much better customer service. Disappointed.
