Sammy, Sammy, Sammy. He is the man you must ask for! He has such great enthusiasm, character, friendly, welcoming and is someone who wants to give you the best BMW experience. He knows his cars very well and well show you and tell you everything you need to know about the car you desire. This is one of the top few dealerships I've gone to that gave me such a great impression. I highly recommend seeing Sammy for your next BMW. :) You can tell he loves his job, and who doesn't want someone like that?! First impressions really make a difference and he really did make a difference.

Thankyou to M. CHRISTIAN AT USED CAR DEPARTMENT! Can't be more happier for the used car he sold my cousin 2016 x1 He did a great job giving us a deal , super nice on the test drive ,was very patient with my cousin , he absolutely gave us a crazy deal as well! Sincere thanks to him will definitely come trade in my car next year as well!

Not a great experience. I bought a used 2016 328d Touring Wagon sight unseen. So nerve racking already. Communication with the rep was not good. BMW finance was horrible and took forever to approve their own vehicle on value and forced me to put down $5k on the deal. I was only ever offered the most expensive warranty package and nothing was ever mentioned again. I would have bought the 2 yr/48,000km if it was an option. I picked up the car, which was gorgeous. Never provided my insurance broker with a bill of sale as was discussed with the rep and the broker, and they send me on my way without the ownership. So now here is sit, unable to register my vehicle in Ontario because I am waiting for the ownership.

Worst ever after sales service! That’s the reason I will not buy BMWs anymore! No Transportation, repairs incomplete... During the sale was Excellent! Tasso Velonas gave us nothing else than the best possible service! All the times he was available to answer any question, he was patient, polite... and I can say that he gave us all his promises! My impression from BMW Laval is the best possible!

Worst service ever. 36 hours to change tires! Also, when you tell people to wait outside for their car, would be nice not to make them wait 35 minutes in the cold. The rep was highly condescending and clearly hates his job. Now I have to change my breaks but seeing how long you take to change tires and how terrible the service is, I’ll just change dealer. Too bad because the sale experience was good.
