Amazing service and selection! Save yourself - don't bother at looking at the 'other stores'. We bought a microwave there a few years ago and the experience was so great that when we needed a new washer and dryer, we didn't think twice. Daniel helped us find the perfect fit for what we needed. The service is always top notch here, and their online platform makes it so easy to see when things will be delivered. I also love how the day before the delivery, you get a call, text and email reminder. The system also tells you how many deliveries are ahead of you, so even if you have a 'time frame' range you can get an idea of when your appliance will actually be delivered. Definitely call them instead of just assuming the sticker price is the best that can be done. They really do give you a better price when you talk to them personally. The only thing I wish I would've done is gotten installation. We got ambitious and decided to do it ourselves, and it was fine - just after the craziness of moving, we could've saved ourselves some sanity by having it hooked up. Great store - other companies should take note of the level of service here! We'll be back the next time we need something.

Very nice experience. Brian was really helpful when we changed our minds and requested a different dishwasher brand, which we got the next day and works beautifully. Thanks guys. Great service, great prices, so happy with my new Bosch dishwasher.

Overall very good experience. The salesman Nicolas was very helpful during the buying experience. Unfortunately they are having supplier issues with LG for our fridge and still have not received it (ordered 2nd week of Sept) but seems to be a common issue with all appliance stores. Would recommend! Even more if they have the item in stock.

Super easy shopping experience! Salespeople were very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I had an issue with my fridge measurements and it was resolved super quickly! Loved being able to track my order and delivery as well. Overall everything was great and smooth. Thanks!

I ordered a new fridge because my current one broke down. After waiting for 2 weeks, my order was still stuck at manufacturer with no delivery date. I contacted customer service, Manuel understood my situation and helped me to cancel my order without penalty. Thank you so much Manuel for providing and excellent service. Much appreciated.
