I stayed twice in this hotel for my business trip. The bed and pillows are comfy, the room has lots of space. There was a fridge, which is always great to have. Rooms are really clean. 2 bottles of water included. Nice hotel, but nothing extraordinary except one things...Why 5 stars? Customer service, front desk - Debbie, Natalia, Eugenie - amazing people. They really were welcoming, warm, attentive, kind and considerate. This what made my stay excellent. I travel for leisure and work a lot and I must say the team of this Sheraton hotel is so far the best. Thank you for taking care of me and making my stay pleasant.

Stayed 5 days. The staff, from Concierge to Reception... day or night, had an excellent customer service at all time and a great smile ( even under the mask! ). I know it is not an easy situation with the COVID-19, but I felt in a secure place and they gave all there best. Rooms are clean, great beds, plenty of parking, beautiful pool and spa, well groomed exterior. Shopping Center at 30 steps away. I recommend

Very friendly staff and COVID19 safe destination for travelers. Only hitch was the noise due to some rooms renovation. Pool and Gym are accessible with restrictions. Location is perfect for shopping and not far from downtown or airport. Recommended.

Loved the renovation especially the bar area in the lobby, been 2 years I didn’t go to this hotel and great job with the renos. Rooms super clean and bed comfortable as usual. Definitely a good place to stay in Laval.

The reno of the restaurant was really nice. I would have loved to see a full house with guests. However, due to Covid not so many tables in the dining room. I was happy to be able to have a great dinner with my family before the shutdown due to Covid that will happen in 2 days. Definitely recommended once the city allows them to reopen.
