Do not buy a used car from them -- they seem dishonest. They claim they do 125 point inspections on their used certified cars. Bought a car from them, claimed engine and transmission oil was changed. A few weeks later I went to my Dealer in a different city and they found both oils to be dark and required changing.

Bought an Acura RDX from here. I always do my car services with Acura Laval. Great mechanics, expert opinions and services. Nice room with coffee and snacks for clients to relax. Special thanks to Mr. Lenny Prescott, Mr. Corrado Vindigni, Mr. Norbert, Mr. Pierre, Mr. Denis and the rest of the staff.

DO NOT trust this dealership. They rolled back the odometer on the lease I returned. I returned a lease and 1 week later they put the car for sale on their used car lot with lower KM than what I hat returned it. I have pictures of the odometer the day I brought it back at the end of my lease and vin numbers match that car on the lot. Fraud!!!

It was a good place to take my cars for maintenance until they made a mistake and scratched my RDX. The guy in charge just dismissed it saying : "No, that didn't happen here, impossible". They won't recognize they did something wrong. He just said: "None of my mechanics did that!". What a Condescendant jack...I'm mad because just two weeks ago I paid good money to have the paint free of scratches (decontamination, polish, removing of big scratches and wax) Started looking for another garage.

Buyer be aware. I have accessed many of the carfaxes for the used cars listed at this dealership and majority of the cars are accident cars. They do not have the Carfax readily available to potential buyers. Do not put a deposit down unless you have seen the car, the carfax and have a mechanic check the car. Most Acura dealers only resale good quality used Acuras , Acura Laval also in businesses of buying Acuras other dealers don't want to sell and they list them. Just informing potential buyers, do your homework.
