Thank you so so much DON!! You are the best!! You helped me pair my new iphone and you did it so quickly. Not only that, you taught me how to get into my car if the battery suddenly dies. I would have been up a creek without a paddle if that had ever arisen. I truly respect the kindness and respect that you give to your clients, as well as a beaming smile from earlobe to earlobe. Bought a pre-owned C300. Best experience ever because of the sells man. You want a car, you want someone honest, professional, polite and will give you the best service possible regard of your skin color, religion or belief? Ask for Samuel Ferdinand!!! Very kind, smiles all the time and will take the time needed to find the perfect car for you. Even if it takes hours or weeks. Very patient with a very positive energy. The other sellers are not very smiley though, but Sam is your guy! Every time I go there for service, he still says hi to his customers and always available for questions and ready to help in anyway. Wow, Bravo Sam! I mean he is a 5 Star man and represents well the Mercedes-Benz brand. You need to be extra vigilant at all cost and keep asking questions on parts, labor and what is included or not with the the extended warranty before you bring your car for service. Apparently for some, when you buy a Mercedes, you are or suppose to be rich and money shouldn't be an issue. So make sure you ask all kind of questions other wise you will have surprises on your bill. Again, Sam is your guy if you want the German Customer service Experience at Mercedez-Benz!!!

I bought a used vehicle but a problem (they were aware of) wasn’t fixed, was annoying to bring it back but the customer service was immaculate the entire way after. I think MB Laval puts a lot more effort into their customer service than the one in West Island. My go-to MB dealership from now on!

Honestly VERY BAD customer service, we never expected that at all from such a luxury brand! We didnt feel comfortable with the sales advisor that we met, he made us feel that he doesnt have much time for us, as if he s in a hurry. he didnt explain us anything, he just answered what we asked him that s it, as if we are supposed to already know everything about the vehicle we are interested in! the feeling he gave us is: Buy or Leave! and after we left the dealer, he didn't even bothered himself to follow up with us. we only received one call from a courtesy department that s it. This message is for the dealer management and for Mercedes Canada, so you could know the people representing your brand. we bought somewhere else! thank you. #mercedescanada #mercedeslaval
