Very weak costumer service.
Worst pharmacy ever!!!! I love the Jean Coutu branch in general. The problem with this Jean Coutu is the pharmacy! Takes FOREVER to get your medications. Even if you call ahead to prepare, sometimes I wait 10 minutes on the phone to get someone!!!! Never fails. Don't go get your meds there if you're in a rush.
Can someone do something about it??? Are the owners not reading the reviews left on here??? Needs a lot of improvement!!!!!!!
I use to go to the one in st-leonard before I moved and NOTHING compares to Mr. Felber's pharmacy! Everything was always ready! Barely any wait if you handed in at the moment!!!
The pharmacy where you would get prescription drugs is always a long wait, they are disorganized and have made errors. Once telling me that I no longer had a prescription when indeed I did. When the worker was asked to verify she verified poorly and did not take her time viewing my file.
Large local drug store that also sells chocolates, household small appliances, clothing, jewelry, digital cameras, Android tablets, stationary, school supplies, foods, gift cards, cell phones, greeting cards, and also a postal counter and a very conveinent passport photo zone
