The worst sevice ever, rude and unprofesional
First time coming there for the ear cleaning service. The asian lady working there was courteous and professional.
The pharmacist at this Jean Coutu is the absolute rudest person I have seen in a long time. Not only is she completely disrespectful to the clients, but she has the gaul to belittle the employees in front of the clients. I will never, ever go to this location again. It is incredible to think that with so many pharmacies around that they wouldn’t do everything to keep their clientele happy.
Shameful.
