Usualy have to use this pharnacy due to clinic I go for check up is just upstair. They didnt provided enough qty of medicine that doctor prescribed that I have to take in one shot.It took too long to get it even I was the only person waiting there and they just inform me that the medicine is back order when its time to pay.They should tell be in the begining so that I can get my enough medicine from other pharmacies.Little disappointed but no choice.There is no immidiate communication with doctor to inform about situation to get replacement medications..So patient has to see the doctor again to confirm if provided qty is sufficient for the test. I believe that in my case doctor just do compromise and accepted the qty provided.

The pharmasist was coughing alot like he has covid very scary

If I could give a minus 100, I absolutely would. I called as I ALWAYS do, even pre Covid, before showing up for my prescription. First, I ask for my total, and I'm told 245$, when I never paid that much for any of my medications before. Turns out, that was an error. That was the first "mistake", which fine, it happens. Then whoever I'm speaking to asks me when I will be there, I say 2 hours, she says fine and we hang up. So I show up 2 hours later and my prescription isn't ready. But not only is it not ready, they haven't started preparing it, AND then they mention due to Covid one of my medications is not in stock. Then, whoever the rude person was that I was talking to, tells me it's up to 3 hours after you call in. Ok, then why ask me when I call when I will be there? Why not automatically tell me it will take up to 3 hours, and give me a time. Why ask me, if I very clearly do not have the option? What would have happened had I not called beforehand, and I just showed up, as I know MANY people do? Also, did the girl on the phone not think it was important to tell me that one of my meds was not in stock? So again, I was spoken to like garbage by one of your staff, when over the phone the info was wrong/lacking information. Yet, once I get there, you're going to speak to me like I'm dumb? Never, have I ever, been so disgusted by a service OR a pharmacy. I totally emphasize that these are more challenging times due to the pandemic, however, I know for a fact I was not rude. I got rude when I was treated like garbage for YOUR STAFF'S ERROR! Mistakes happen, and I work in the "health industry" so I know it's not always easy. However, the amount of disrespect I was given, was absolutely uncalled for. If I came in yelling and screaming, I would expect a rude and awful service; but not when I'm being polite and made the effort to call beforehand. I called so I wouldn't have to wait and so your staff wouldn't feel rushed. I also wanted to know my total, to bring the exact amount. So all things aside, I think I did my part to make things "easier" for everyone. I plan on telling whoever will listen NEVER to go to this pharmacy. If I know anyone who does, I will be strongly advising them to switch locations. P.S. The old owner was fantastic. He was always there, always smiling, and SUPER friendly!
