Don't bother calling the pharmacy, they aren't capable to speak over the phone or take note the your birth date and adress, after repeating 5 times. Then they will transfer you to the pharmacist where you will wait about 15 min on the phone until they litterally hang up on you...
I got a 60 pill bottle and they only put 30 by accident, now after two weeks i realized i had to refill already (2 pills per day) and the pharmacy is refusing to give me the 2 weeks worth of pills that i originally PAID for because they're saying they put 60 in my bottle, but my bottle is tiny and can't even contain 60. They're saying I have to PAY for their mistake wow i cant believe this.
Incredibly slow service at the counter prescriptions more than 30 minutes of waiting with 2 people in the room watching me waiting and full of people who bypass real waste of time.
Its better if the owner ask for feedback from pharmacy clients about their service
I had the worst experience imaginable. I had rented crutches and when I had brought it back they had lost the documentation and refused to reimburse my deposit due to their mistake. They said they cannot reimburse me since they lost the paper. What horrible customer service.
The person I spoke to was Valerie B. she was very rude and simply passed the blame to me, even though it was clear they made an administrative error. It is theft - to take a deposit and refuse to give it back is theft.
I would not recommend to get any medication or services to a place this unorganized. The integrity of the pharmacy is to be questioned.
This is a very good place to shop. It is usually very clean and the people at the postal counter are very helpful.
