Clear instructions and advise. While unable to help us because both spouses need to be willing to negotiate. She has clear no non-sense approach. I am surprised for negative reviews regarding lack of empathy. Her role as mediator does not allow for her to be partial. She will give you the best advice and this should be of comfort. I appreciated her effort and guidance.

Me Charest has professionalism and does not hesitate to get out of his time to finalize the files with customers. The only thing that prevents me from putting 5 stars is that sometimes it can be tactless and make you feel disturbed. But hey ... everyone is not perfect.

Master Carole Charest. She has no respect for the world. She gives appointments but does not respect them. On top of that she is unpleasant without any finesse. I make an appointment since last week, I go to his office she tells me she did not write in his diary while it was by email. Very old school still working with a notebook diary. His lack of professionalism was palpable during the 5 minutes we saw each other.
