When I arrived for my appointment I found out they booked two people for the same slot. So I had to wait almost 45 minutes before I was able to get a haircut. The person who attended to me was very courteous and kind. She made good conversation and knew what she was doing. When it was time for payment, she offered to make the service free due to the wait. Though I didn’t take this offer, the effort of making the situation right was good enough for me. I was ready to leave a negative review but instead I would recommend this place solely because of her good customer service. I hope management gives her a raise!

Never had such great service!! Amelie is the best, especially with Blonde coloration but honestly she’s amazing with anything I’ve asked to try. Honest advice and amazing work for a reasonable price. I’ve moved to Montreal but still make the trip to get my hair done here!

Good stuff but there's someone there that doesn't speak a word of english/French. I had to make her repeat three times. Do you have any idea how awkward it is to ask someone to repeat three times? Sorry didn't get that, what did you say? Um, I'm not sure I got that right, can you repeat? Uuhhh, wait what?

Just went back June 20 after being temporarily closed for Covid. I was so happy to see the staff again, a family I've been going to for a couple of decades.
