My wife used their service for many month really good experience her nails were always good looking the workers know how to shape and paint well. Its last an average of 3 week. Price is a bit higher than concurrently but result is better

Since there is a new management in place , The service is very slow .... also two of their pedicure chairs don’t work ... that’s part of the experience ... and they don’t seem to care to fix it ... I’ve given them a few chances but No more ...I went once and one of the partner kept complaining about another client that wanted a refund ... I’m there to relax ... not to hear about their problems... I found it very unprofessional ... I’ll never go there again ....

I had a terrible experience at Regal Nails. To start I made an appointment and waited over 30 minutes before they started my pedicure. The nail tech that did my pedicure cut part of my skin thinking it was cuticle, and I told her it was painful and to stop, but she kept at it until it started bleeding. The other nail techs took way too long with their clients, resulting in me waiting a really long time between my pedicure and my manicure, leaving me with someone with no experience to remove my gel overlay. She thinned down my natural nail wayyy to much. I knew that it wouldn't be a good idea to put acrylics on top of my newly paper thin nails so I told them to just do shellac so I can leave. Ordinarily I have thick strong nails but after going their my nails are thin and bend and break easily. I will never go back there.
