0 stars if I could. Made me dry my own hair?! Super unprofessional. Leaving the salon feeling extremely frustrated and ripped off. I called in advance to know what kind of hair treatment they offered. Someone told me they cost 10$ and I even asked again to confirm. I later called again to see if they could squeeze me in they said yes. She applied the “treatment” to my hair and left for a few minutes, came back, rinse and repeat. I saw she had another client so after quickly rinsing me out, she told me to DRY MY OWN HAIR. I was surprised but hey, for 10$, whatever it’s weird but not the end of the world. I go to the cash to pay and she tells me they’re not taking cards. So now I have to walk all the way to the nearest ATM for cash. I come back, they’re charging me 25$. Apparently they had no idea how someone could have told me it was 10$ and they don’t understand. Basically, I PAID 30$ (+tax) for a few minutes of a “hair treatment” where I had to again, DRY MY OWN HAIR. When I tried telling them someone over the phone told me it was 10$, they laughed and were inconsiderate.

Every time I go I have no complaints! Anthony is the one I always ask for also the owner and he always offers and outstanding result. Happy customer 100% give them a try and ignore the 2 bad reviews! These guys are on point and know what their doing!

Dropped in last Friday. I was very happy with the results. My hair looked and felt great.

So I'm here visiting my aunt and he dropped me off at the mall and that's how I got to know about this salon. I was welcomed by this very nice lady and her name was Melva. She told me that since it was a very slow day, the haircut was only 30 dollars which I thought was an amazing price and therefore I decided to get my haircut there. Unfortunately, even though I showed her a photo of the look I wanted, she basically just "snipped" off some parts of my hair and I was honestly not satisfied with it. Given that I do not speak French or Spanish, there was definitely a language barrier. Today, my aunt called them up to ask if they could "fix" it and this kind lady, Stephanie agreed to complete the job as Melva was not in. Long story short, during my time there, I decided to get highlights and I was pretty happy with her work. However, I personally am just used to just having my hair being blow dried and I don't really opt to have anyone ironing my hair because it's pointless as my hair is wavy. I didn't know that having your hair flat ironed was going to cost me 30 dollars. A service that I honestly did not need and she didn't even bother to inform me while she was doing it. I was shocked but I just let it go, because first of all she needed to use a flat iron to see what was wrong with my hair. I have had my hair done a thousand times before and was never asked to pay to have my hair straightened out. If you were truly an experienced professional, you would instantly see it regardless what my hair type was. Honestly, I would have much rather given her that money as tip instead of paying for something that I did not need. I hope the owners of this place inform their clients with their charges as I am a first time client. I probably will not be going back to this salon.
