They did my nails G R E A T! Amazing job! However, when I went to get them taken off, she did kind of paper-cut 4 different fingers with her nail file... hurt me for days :( Not sure how she didn’t notice...
Excellente customer service! Staff and owner are professional and friendly. I started to go there because it felt like one of the few places I trust who follows post covid sanitation guidelines and more.
Also the work that’s done is worth every $
Didn’t explain properly the different services so we ended up with something we didn’t want and they made us pay for an incomplete service. Super overpriced, even higher than the website pricing. Thought it would be a good place with the really high rating. They should’ve at least finished the service that we are paying for or not make us pay at all because they poorly explained. Some of the staff were rude.
I don’t think they handled the situation properly. Wouldn’t go back.

Catherine was great for my pedicure. Nice vibe, relaxing, accommodating, music could use an upgrade (Lara Fabien and Céline Dion)... Will definitely return! Thanks Catherine!
