Honestly terrible customer service. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist couldn't and wouldn't communicate with me. Someone else from the clinic had to call me back to make an appointment. A day before my appointment the receptionist called me, I would assume to confirm my appointment but when I spoke in English she hung up on me.. I called back only to be left to voice message. I would recommend going somewhere else for laser, as I was excited to try this place being my first time.
