Cinéma Cineplex Odeon Brossard et VIP

By far the best theatre I’ve ever been. The screens are big, the sound is out of this world and the seat are spacious and never do I feel the need to move my head due to people in front. It’s great, great and great. There’s no way I can give less then 5⭐️ unless employees would be rude but at that point wouldn’t work there very long. The building is there for 100year , the projectors and sound system are always up to date. If I could, I would enthusiastically go there every day. Great stuff👍👍

The ONLY reason this VIP Brassard theater even got one star is because of the great staff! The food is way over priced for what you receive. They advertise come for dinner but this a joke right? My fish and chips platter was $17 and my wife ordered the three taco chips chicken platter for $16. Our meals did not complete with utensils and I was missing the tartar sauce and my wife was missing an entire taco!! Save your money and eat somewhere else before!! The theater itself was dirty with food on the floor. I had to go into 4 different bathrooms until I found one that looked clean enough to use! I spent over $100 to take my wife for a nice dinner and a movie and after going here, we should have stayed home!!! That was our last visit to this theater...

My boyfriend and I went to the VIP section yesterday, and it was very clean and nice. Thus, the food was not so good. I ordered a nachos and he ordered a poutine, both were freezing cold and my nachos only had cheese on it: I asked the worker who brought our food why I had nothing on my nachos (I did ask for no jalapeños but there was other ingredients listed on the menu) maybe they were out of stock, which I understand, but chips and cheese for 15$ is a bit expensive. We also ordered popcorn, which was also freezing cold, I also told her the popcorn was cold and she told me “it just got out of the popcorn machine I don’t know what to tell you sorry” (I’ve worked in a movie theatre, and making new popcorn doesn’t take long) since ours was cold I assume everyone else’s was in the theatre. For the price, it was a disappointment. I’ve never done a review of anything in my life but this one seems worth it, maybe it wasn’t a good day for them, but I don’t think that’s an excuse.. But, very comfy seats, I can give that credit.

I decided to splurge and buy some tickets to see baby driver on Sunday with my parents and boyfriend for my dad's birthday. Positives: It's 18+ You can order food from your seat with alcohol. The lounge is pretty comfy and roomy. The staff is very nice. The seats in the theatre are nice and big. Plus you get 3 cup holders (if you buy two seats next to each other) Prices are reasonable Excellent bathrooms (clean and private) Negatives: I bought the tickets online and the screen was much smaller in person than it seemed on my computer so we had to swap the tickets once we arrived and the clerk at the ticket counter didn't understand and it took 20 Minutes to change. He wasn't very friendly about it either. (Best row in theatre 2 is G) Once we were seated no one took our order until we signalled them, we all assumed someone would come and take our order but they were just standing around. They got our order wrong twice (forgotten drink, not the right item) The tables don't move a lot so you have to bend to the left a lot to eat. No time play! Overall great experience. I think it's definitely worth it and the food wasn't bad. Now that I've been before I know what to expect for next time. Go see a worthwhile movie here and enjoy the amenities!
