Great team and amazing work! Eric has good professionalism and is an expert at his job. Even though he has a busy schedule, the moment he had a cancellation from another client, he reached out to me again and came the next day to work on our roof. SUPER QUICK AND EFFICIENT. His entire team did an amazing job and we are very grateful. Thank you again Eric and team!

We asked for an estimate beginning of May 2020. We got the estimate pretty quickly and accepted it because the price was good and the reviews were also pretty good. We then asked about the timeframe for execution of the job. We were told that the job would be done by July 2020. Mid July (since no news from them), we contacted Eric to confirm the date and we were told that the job would be done by the end of July. Beginning of August (still no news) job was not yet done, we contacted Eric again to confirm the job. We got told the following: We won't be able to do the job because we have too many contracts, so find yourself another company for your roof. We have been waiting for the work to be done since May and August we got told to find another contractor. Finding a roof contractor Mid August is nearly mission impossible, so we lost the season due the lack of professionalism of "Toitures E Bourgeois" and will have to wait until next year hoping that our roof will not leak over the coming winter.... I cannot talk about the quality of their work but as a customer, I'm really disappointed on how they have managed my customer relationship. Hence the reason I rank them so bad and do not recommend this company. PS: The quote is attached so E. Bourgeois cannot justify that we were not on the list of customers to whom they did a quote. As soon as the quote was accepted (I have the sms exchange), the company got "radio silence" with no follow up except what I have explain above.

He gave me a quote on the phone, it was $$$$ including tax. And we called multiple times to request an electric quote file, several weeks later we finally got the file, but the price was increased to $$$$ +1000$ plus tax. he told me I misunderstood on the phone about the price. but I don't think so, i mean how hard it could be to understand the price.

Excellent experience and quick turnaround. We are satisfied and would work with Eric and his team again.
