My roof was repaired in 2011 by Construction St-Germain. 9 years later, in 2020, I have water infiltration through the roof. I call the contractor to see if the repairs are guaranteed (the contract says 25 years on the equipment, 5 years on the labor). The contractor affirms that if a person sets foot on the roof (chimney sweep example) no more guarantees ... He then tells me that it is even necessary to prove to him that no one came on the roof ... Which is impossible ... He finally suggests that I come and see for the sum of $ 350 (instead of the usual amount of $ 450 ....). He tells me that the repair work should be $ 1000. I finally called 2 other companies who came to see without charging me anything ... the work was done for $ 700 .... I believe that Construction St-Germain is doing quality work. On the other hand, for the after-sales service it is something else ...

107 Rue Morley in Greenfield-Park, Quebec. Work done in autumn 2018. Complete lifting of the wooden structure, insulation, installation of air intakes and membranes. Professional team working cleanly and wonderfully well with materials above the norm. We recommend the St-Germain roofs totally. You can ring if you have questions or want to see the work more ready!
