Good service, no problems at all the whole time. They took the time to explain everything and kept their word. I recommend !
Now October 31rst,2019 with water infiltration through the roof.For 11 months this company was supposed to come and repair water infiltration through the roof they changed in 2016 of which they said many times they would come and repair. Their agent Jean Lafortune or Michel Leduc their President never came or even answered after making appointments at our premises.
Totally unreliable company.
They dont do good service
Very satisfied with the work accomplished. They redone my roof on my cottage and shed in 1 day. Work very well done, they left the land in perfect condition at the end of the work. I highly recommend.
Avoid doing business with this company if you do not like problems. They lied to us all the way and did not keep their promises (false guarantee of 50 years, non-respect of the terms of the contract, non-respect of the materials provided for in the contract, false promise of photos showing the execution of the works , the secretary came to get the money before the end of the work, work not completed by the installer, and so on). The installer insulted me and intimidated me during the three days that the work lasted for no good reason. He forced me under intimidation to sign that the work is compliant when he is not. Result: six months after work, I have a gaping hole in my roof. We sent a friendly letter followed by a formal notice, but they ignored all that. I have no choice but to take legal action and pay another contractor for the work to be done again. In short, never again would I do business with IRQ.
