Very expensive Groom and not accurate. My dog is a 8 pound Chihuahua and it took almost 90 minutes and the hair was longer on one side than the other. Groomer did not have to do a full groom because face, ears and tail were not to be touched. I knew it was expensive and I believed you get what you pay for but in this case it was not worth it.

I would give 6 stars if I could. This veterinary clinic tries to be a place of relaxation for animals. The staff really took the time to listen to me when I had to say too much. In short, as good with animals as with their owners. It was the 5th clinic that I called because none had room and they could see my dog ​​during the day even though she had never been to this clinic before. Now will be the first ones I will call

Unfortunately they ask for a credit card number to make an appointment which we categorically refuse so this is the end we will not go back there. It should be illegal! Especially in cases where living beings are suffering! More harmonious perhaps but not more HUMAN! Is it our animals to pay for your fear of losing a few dollars? Farewell!

Our first experience at Harmonia turned out to be our best all clinics. The technician and the veterinarian knew how to put our cat in confidence. A clear and coherent game plan was drawn up in a zen atmosphere taking into consideration what was best for our companion. A very complete explanatory file is given at the end of the consultation. They took all the time necessary to get around the issue without rushing us. Special mention to the professionalism of technician Véronique Fournier and Dr. Kim Béland.

We used them as a last resort for our dog's severe anxiety. The initial meeting with the anxiety specialist costs $ 140. In this 1 hour meeting, the technician asks questions and takes notes on daily life and behavior. We then talk to him about the solutions already tried to solve the problem. The following week, she gives a second meeting in which she asks the same questions as those of the first meeting during which she was taking notes. She made a written intervention plan with the solutions that we have already tried. The plan is not personalized and contains only basic elements without any steps. She also makes sure to schedule a follow-up appointment for the next time. Note that follow-up appointments are around $ 80. There is also a charge for her to contact the vet ($ 17 charge for a phone call). If you want to ruin yourself for not much, go for it.
