My adjoining neighbor redone his cover with North American Roofing in early spring 2019 and the team on site took more than 5 days to properly cover the top of the party wall separating my neighbor's house from mine. Rain fell during the weekend and water seeped into my home downstairs. Fortunately, no significant damage, but no one at North American Roofing came to see despite my call. This company is not very proactive when it makes a mistake and does not seem to have a great sense of responsibility.
