Dishonest! I made several calls to get a copy of the roof warranty for several weeks without follow-ups. They waited for the expiration period to send me the requested papers the next day.

0 stars is the true note. We signed a contract with this contractor, the guy had to come to do the work (roofing) and he never came, despite the contract signed with a specific date. He has no word, no respect for the customer. we contacted him several times for follow-up. He answers that he will come but never comes. He gave 4 false appointments and never showed up. The worst part is that he never calls to let us know. Each time, we are the ones who call him back. The guy does not apologize and continues life as if nothing was wrong. Never seen a contactor get so much fun from customers, never seen anything like it. Zero service, zero respect.
