Dr Yves Bernier is a delight to communicate with, because he explains everything in detail. You don't feel rushed and know for what you are paying and why some procedures or medications may be necessary. He is a great veterinarian especially because of his caring to talk to you and make you comfortable.

Best Veterinary establishment I've ever been to. Professional, truly care about your pets. Have brought both for my dog and cat when they were in need of assistance and I was extremely impressed.

Dr. Bernier is very attentive, professional, and reasonable. He handled our cat well and offered reasonable treatment options. My mother has also taken 3 different cats to see him, including one with diabetes, and is very happy with his approach to each one. Like other vets, he has lots of expensive diagnostics on offer, but he never pushed anything on us. We'll definitely keep coming back to his clinic.

Though Dr Bernier seems like a caring vet, this clinic is way overpriced and will gouge you. I needed to get my dog neutered, and Googling the average price of that procedure, the price was about $200 for my 6 pound dog. I made an appointment with the receptionist, who was hard to understand as his accent was tough to understand. Before the actual operation I was told that I needed to have a preliminary blood test to make sure things were good to go for the procedure. I asked straight up if this was optional and was told that it was mandatory. Of course, this procedure , which turned out to be completely useless, ended up costing me $150 and I was told that it was optional by the nurse. All I got out of this was that “everything was fine”. When I questioned this procedure and its necessity, they tried to guilt trip me and say that if I cared for the dog I wouldn’t hesitate to pay that. The actual operation went well , but ended up costing another $400, but they put stitches in the wound that require removal, not the kind that dissolves - surprise surprise , they want me back in ten days for them to remove them and for another cost. If you live in Montreal West, I suppose the highly inflated prices won’t bother you, but this place is a shameless money grab.
