The warmest most amazing veterinary services imaginable. I would give 20 rating if I could. Compassionate, professional and both Dr. Eric and Fanny cannot be beaten for their understanding of the fears of the owners of the pets brought to them and how kind and helpful they are. Their love of our fur babies is second to none. Thanks for everything Eric and Fanny, we appreciate everything you do!

Great staff, the couple who run this place are just the best! They are attentive to your pets needs and take the time to properly inform you, thy also have very competitive prices.

Great doctor. Great nurse. I think they are more caring than your average vet plus they are the best price I have seen in Montreal since 2007

The first visit I found the vet to be very rough with my dog and rude with me. I had brought my dog to get neutered there. The day after his surgery my dog was not moving, not eating, not going to the bathroom. He’s usually easily amused and it’s easy to get him excited but nothing was getting a reaction out of him. The next day, same thing. This time he hadn’t gone to the bathroom in 24 hours so he started to pant and shake. I called the vet and the secretary was so lost. First she would tell me it’s normal. Then she would change her mind and say no it’s not normal. I was like well is it normal or not??? She didn’t seem to care. That night my dog was puking and blood came out as well. I decided to bring him to an emergency vet (it was late). Thank god i brought him. The vets there told me that the medication that the vétérinaire du refuge had prescribed was way too strong and he could’ve had kidney failure. They immediately stopped that medication and gave something better for him. The next day my dog was back to himself. So beware of this vet. They don’t care about your dog they just want their money.
