Canada Post

After being given the runaround at several different post office locations in regards to setting up a new mail box, the lady that helped us was very straightforward, honest, and efficient at solving our problem immediately. This was the best experience we have ever had at any canada post location, ever.

Today SEP 8, 2020 at 4:30pm I went to this office and I'm very kindly asked if it would possible to pick my package that I urgently I needed today (losing money everyday day delayed). I had checked the tracking # and it said it was already there. The person at this office at this time told me that she checked on the computer and the package is there but she was not going to go through all the packages there. She said I have to wait one more day for delivery. I don't understand. The package is there, why I can't obtain my package which is actually my property. I believe people at this office need more training on how to treat customers. If I could I would have used a different delivery company. Very disappointed with Canada Post.

Never had a problem, but please refrain from folding my magazines in half when delivering to my mailbox lol! Its a collector magazine so please just roll them if possible :):)

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Staff are RUDE and misinformed! Spoke with 6 different employees just at this office regarding my misplaced parcel... Nobody cares, and No help provided! Our “mail lady” has SEVERAL complaints on our Community FB Page - PLEASE do us a favour and find a different job! Lots of Bureaucratic BS!

Personnel is very defensive, actually quite rood. The front lady was at least welcoming and ready to help, but the other ladies coming from back, including the one in charge did everything to make it impossible to ship back a parcel. They argued that the dimensions are over the limit, but they were not. So basically, they refused to accept my shipping back parcel. Too bad, I've already got my label from Amazon, but it was still not good enough for them. Thanks for your great service, ladies, proud to live in Airdrie being "served" by you!
