I followed my wonderful esthetician Vicky Côté at Lac Beauport when the Beauport branch closed and I am overwhelmed. The employees are so professional, the care is perfect and the atmosphere is warm. I recommend Concept Beauté Signature to all women who want to be pampered and have quality care.

Hello, On June 29, I looked at your website to shop for a manicure. I finally chose the nail pose for $ 45 and I called your store to make an appointment on July 2 at 11:15 a.m. Today, July 2, I went to your store and explained that I had changed my mind for my nails and that I wanted strengthening. I am told there is no problem. To my surprise when I arrive to pay I ask how much my nails cost to arrive at a total of $ 74.16. I am told that there is a health charge of $ 10. I explain that I have never been told about these charges and I am told "of course we told you about them" and finally we realize that the receptionist is mistaken for a client. Did you know that it is illegal to hide these charges from your customers? On your site you do not talk about it and when I make an invoice myself on your site, these costs do not appear! And to add even more illegality to all this, you charge me TAXES on your health costs! NEVER I would have made an appointment at your store if I had known the real price. To demand $ 11.50 of COVID-19 fees on nails at $ 45 is to laugh at the world royally !!! Yes yes $ 11.50 with the tax ... Because I repeat, you dared to tax these costs !!!!

Very nice place to Lac Beauport with good reception, it's my favorite place for several treatments including pedicures (full and sitting in a super comfortable chair that massages your back)
