B&W Locksmith and Auto

I called to get a quote for getting a pair of keys cut for my vehicle (Always get 3 quotes). The first person I talked to answered the phone and muttered something that I was unable to understand, I had to confirm I dialed the right number. I explained I had 2 blanks for my truck that I needed to be cut but did not require them to program them (I had the keys with transponders in hand) they proceeded to quote me $150 for the first key, and $70 for the second. In confusion I confirmed, $150 to cut a key blank that I already have in my possession? They told me a technician would have to quote me and they would take my information and get back to me. Relatively quickly a technician called me and a very abrupt and forced conversation took place. I explained everything again and he told me it would be $45 for each key and to give him my address so he could come/send someone to do the job immediately. I explained that I was calling for a quote and if there was a shop I could bring them to to get cut (Perhaps this included a call out fee, I don't know, I'm not a mobile locksmith). He got very loud "I TOLD YOU $45 A KEY!!!" I thanked him for his time, and hung up. Not what I was expecting from all the other 5 star reviews. From what I recall the conversation was recorded, maybe something worth looking into from the business side.

I was in a real bind my key fob was accidentally locked in my trunk afterhours on a long weekend 2 hrs from the closest city, so though we were able to get into the car (CAA) we still could not get into the trunk to get the fob due to the antitheft systems. After a long tow and excellent advice and support we decided to bring the car to B&W. He patiently waited for us and upon arrival offered us hospitality while we waited. Within minutes he had our trunk open and my fob back in my hands and we were on our way. While I hope to never be in this situation again i would definitely use this company again if I'm in need. Thanks again 😊

Around January, my only set of keys were stolen from my BMW 335i. Bobby drove down to me and got my car going in a timely manner. He also replaced the key for our G35 as well, all for a very good price. One of the key fobs he made for the 335i was defected, but he replaced it free of charge, and also gave me a 3rd key fob for free as well. Now I have 3 working keys and I am very happy with his service. I highly recommend him for any BMW key fob needs. Highly professional and very good pricing.

Great customer service! We broke our trailer key over the long weekend and needed a quick repair so we could use it again in a couple of days. Even though the shop wasn't open on the holiday weekend, they still took our call and had us swing by so they could repair our key.
